Unlike a standard subscription or pre-recorded platform, this studio is guided by energy, emotion, season, and the body rhythm of the community. It's a co-creative sanctuary for wellbeing, from the inside out — for all, including kids and teens.

Every session is curated personally by Randall Simpson for the individual, then delivered straight to them. Choose what you're calling in — a meditation, movement, dance, breath, energy work, a combination, or a fully personalised self-treatment and healing programme.

The exchange is per home and reflects a donation-based feel — a one-time financial payment to be part of the Studio. It continues to function on our Lyran Earth economy of essence: HHHM.
Join Randall live for a daily returning to your inner ABODE, through a gentle living rhythm that works on Body, Breath, Sound, Energy and Mind. This practice is intended to bring you alive in your nature's balance and purify all that may be interrupting you from living from this deeper sense of being.
Randall will discuss the more intimate details of this practice and the nature of its receiving through a live session. If you're unable to attend live, the video/audio will be shared under the Practice Menu for 40 days — then, once complete, it will be transferred into the Keepsake Sanctuary so you can return whenever you feel called.
